Traffic noise mitigation from road, rail, airport
Traffic noise can be caused by road noise, rail noise or aircraft noise, they all can be a huge nuisance and bad for your health!
Especially at night, your body and soul need rest to recover from the time you are awake. A sound level in the bedroom from not more than 35 dB is advised. Peak levels shouldn’t be higher than 45 dB to prevent you from waking.
